What subscription plans do you offer?
We offer three tiers: FREE (basic features for getting started), STARTER (advanced features for growing restaurants), and PROFESSIONAL (full feature set for established restaurants). You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Do you charge transaction fees?
Payment processing is handled through Stripe, which charges standard processing fees. We don't add any additional transaction fees on top of that.
Can I try Servd before committing?
Absolutely! Our FREE plan lets you explore the platform with no time limits. You can upgrade to a paid plan when you're ready for advanced features.
What kind of support do you provide?
